Return Requirements

  • Buyer must return the complete package, including all gifts and accessories

  • Returned games must remain sealed and in resalable condition

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

Return Period

  • Returns are only accepted for "incorrect items" or "damaged items"

  • Must be requested within 3 days of purchase date

Refund Conditions

Defective Items

  • Items found to be defective upon arrival (not affecting actual operation experience) are not eligible for replacement

    • Hong Kong official products: Contact the relevant Hong Kong distributor directly

    • Parallel import products: No replacement provided; buyers assume all related risks

Digital Goods Terms

  • All digital goods are non-refundable

  • For DLC redemption (if included), buyers must use a PSN/XBOX LIVE/Nintendo account corresponding to the game version and redeem with an account from the relevant region

  • DLC is bonus game content; we are not responsible for any issues during redemption but can provide account registration guidance

Damaged/Lost Items

  • All packages are inspected before leaving our warehouse

  • For damage or loss during transit, please contact us within 2 business days of receipt

  • No refunds for damaged/lost items, but we can assist with logistics claims

  • Purchasing shipping insurance is strongly recommended

Maximum Compensation for Non-insured Shipments

  • Hong Kong local courier: US$100

  • International registered airmail: US$40

  • EMS/DHL/FedEx: US$100

  • Claims processing takes approximately 2-8 weeks

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable
