Return Requirements
Buyer must return the complete package, including all gifts and accessories
Returned games must remain sealed and in resalable condition
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

Returns are only accepted for "incorrect items" or "damaged items"

Only brand new, unopened, and resalable items are eligible for refunds
Opened items can only be exchanged for identical items (no refunds)

Defective Items
Items found to be defective upon arrival (not affecting actual operation experience) are not eligible for replacement
For items with quality issues:
Hong Kong official products: Contact the relevant Hong Kong distributor directly
Parallel import products: No replacement provided; buyers assume all related risks
Digital Goods Terms
All digital goods are non-refundable
For DLC redemption (if included), buyers must use a PSN/XBOX LIVE/Nintendo account corresponding to the game version and redeem with an account from the relevant region
DLC is bonus game content; we are not responsible for any issues during redemption but can provide account registration guidance
Damaged/Lost Items
All packages are inspected before leaving our warehouse
For damage or loss during transit, please contact us within 2 business days of receipt
No refunds for damaged/lost items, but we can assist with logistics claims
Purchasing shipping insurance is strongly recommended

International registered airmail: US$40
EMS/DHL/FedEx: US$100
