A: For pre-order items, the shipping date is usually within 1-3 working days after the item arrives. However, we will do our best to complete all pre-order shipments on the official release day 💝.
For in-stock items, if no specific shipping date is mentioned, the shipping date is generally within 1-3 working days after the order is confirmed. Shipping will be postponed for Sundays and public holidays 🚚. If additional time is required for shipping arrangements, we will notify you separately.

A: As most of our products are already offered at very competitive prices close to cost, the online prices are already the best deals. However, we regularly introduce different limited-time offers each week, so please stay tuned for updates.
Q: Which MTR stations are eligible for the subway station pickup service?
A: Currently, we only provide face-to-face pickup service at Sham Shui Po MTR station.
Service hours: MON - FRI 5:30pm - 7:30pm, SAT 11:30am – 6:30pm, Sunday & Public Holiday Off.
However, we still offer various other pickup options, including express delivery, post office pickup, in-store pickup, and convenience store pickup, ensuring there is a method that suits your needs.
Q: Can I come directly to your physical store to make a purchase?
A: We only operate an online store and a pickup point, so please place your order on our website first.
Q: Can I pay with cash for my purchase?
A: We apologize, but we require payment in advance before preparing your order for pickup at the store or shipping it to you. For pre-ordered items, we also need to receive the full payment before reserving a slot for you.
