跳吧！甩吧！衝吧！全身都能充分訓練到的體感運動遊戲《家庭訓練機》將於 Nintendo Switch 平台登場！操作容易，只需要將 Joy-Con 放入腿部固定帶並綁在腿上，即可利用跑步、跳躍等動作挑戰 15 種豐富多樣的關卡。本作亦具備雙人遊玩要素，如使用兩個 Joy-Con 及兩個腿部固定帶，即可和親朋好友對戰競賽，或同心協力一同衝向終點。
 
此外，本作的「消除運動不足訓練」中，亦收錄「上半身訓練」、「每日五分鐘簡單訓練」等多種訓練菜單，可針對個人需求與習慣進行訓練，享受開心運動的每一天。

※ 遊玩時必須穿戴腿部固定帶。
※ 若要進行「雙人遊玩」模式需使用兩組 Joy-Con 及兩個腿部固定帶。
※ 本作亦有收錄《家庭訓練機》Wii 版本關卡，一部分遊玩方式不同。
※ 因遊玩時需擺動全身，請注意遊玩時間、震動、音量等，以免造成他人困擾。
※ 無法使用「Nintendo Switch Lite」遊玩。
